Insul8 offered a free survey of our cavity wall and were able to confirm that the foam insulation, whilst adequate, would need replacing.We accepted their quote for the removal of the foam and installation of new bonded Thermabead insulation.The team arrived as scheduled and worked tirelessly to complete the removal and installation in one day. I can’t praise them highly enough.Communication from start to finish was faultless. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I came across the company from a google search after a previous company had charged me for work that was unnecessary and did not fix the problem. They arranged a free survey which confirmed the issue that the property had and then gave me options to remedy and a full quote. All throughout the communication was excellent and they kept me informed of timings and also rang to confirm the day before the work commenced. All staff were very professional and friendly from start to finish from the initial telephone call through to Matt and his team of installers. Highly recommended.

Our loft insulation had never been brought up to current standards since it was built forty years ago. Having had previous quotations from others which, frankly, were just chancers: No proper written quotations, pressure selling, ridiculous prices, even unsure about current regulations concerning loft insulation, it was a real pleasure to meet with Matthew from INSUL8. He knew his stuff, took proper measurements and provided a clear written quotation outlining what we needed and, importantly, what we DIDN’T need. Mathew and James completed an excellent job on our suspended ceiling in the village hall. They were by far the most knowledgeable contractors that I got to quote. They undertook due diligence researching the capability of the ceiling to carry the weight and also the best options of material to use given the nature of the ceiling and our obligations as trsutees to preserve the old/valuable building and protect users of the building (no other company did this depite being checkatrade etc approved!). They were lovely guys and went to lengths to get the job done around our difficult schedule, Great clearing up too – I would not hesitate to recommend their workmanship and value.

The job was done efficiently and to a high standard, and I can already feel the difference in the house.During the installation there was a small issue where bathroom lights stop working. It happened over the friday of bank holiday weekend, which made it harder to get resolved straight away, but the company (James) went above and beyond to put things right. He kept me informed, was extremely apologetic, and even sent flowers to my wife as a gesture. He also gave us a discount on the bill to make up for the inconvenience.Mistakes can happen, but the way he handled it showed real integrity and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering any insulation work.

We asked them for an opinion of the quality and sufficiency of our loft insulation. They gave us a fair and honest opinion – That our current insulation was suitable and that we had no need to make any improvements. They didn’t try to sell us anything that we didn’t need. I had draft proofing works where my floor joists go into a cavity wall. Excellent customer service. Able to arrange a home visit and quote quickly. Polite and listened to what I was wanting. Work done to a really high standard and very tidy. Brilliant service!!

External wall insulation – James was very patient with my scepticism and requests for assurances. Matt oversaw the works and was super professional and respectful with my property and my time. Their Romanian crew of 4 were incredibly hard working and efficient, finished the insulation in half the time and left everything clean and tidy. And when a few accidents happened, Matt was very honest about it and fixed everything in reasonable time. It was overall a great experience, which, after decades of disappointment, I did not think is possible when talking about home renovation. Nor did I think I will ever say this: I fully recommend this company!

Brilliant insulation companyI found their service simply through google and reading the reviews. All team members who assessed and worked on the job were exceedingly polite, well dressed and wore shoe coverings every time.It was refreshing to work with a trades team who actively worked to be as cost effective as possible, and the team were well equipped (amazing how many trades people aren’t!). The men working onsite were polite and efficient, they showed me everything before leaving and were respectful of the house. It’s not the easiest space to move in and they were carrying a lot of chipboard, I can say not a single mark was left around the house. I really appreciated the follow up sign-off with one of the senior team just to put that last stamp of approval.I will be recommending them to all other friends and family and I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and candour. A very happy customer, relieved to find a trust worthy trades team.

Our house is a 4 bed room 1960s vicarage. It had a 7 inch wall cavity without a bit of insulation. It could not be warmed above 14*C without breaking the bank.The diocese had Insul8 come give a look and then contracted with them to remedy the problem.The crew was efficient, polite, and cleaned up behind themselves. The house is much warmer and surprisingly even more quiet than before Insul8 worked their magic. We cannot recommend them more highly.

GREAT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND TRADITIONAL VALUES!I don’t often take the time to review online but we had such good service from INSUL8 LTD I think it would be wrong not to shout about it!From my first call I was pleasantly surprised, the helpful reception team gave assistance on my first call and arranged for the professional assessor who promptly came to visit to inspect the requirements of the job and answered my questions fully (this is not something we have had done before so had a few queries). INSUL8 were happy to work around our other arrangements with regard to a date for the work to be done and despite a small glitch (due to equipment supplier) which was very quickly remedied, we have been very happy indeed with the friendly and professional service we’ve received especially with what has been a time critical job for us.The two gentlemen who came to carry out the work itself could not have been more courteous and friendly, insisted on cleaning up the small amounts of dust and little bits of overspill, literally didn’t stop working the whole morning and the job was completed in much less time than we had anticipated, and all done with a smile!What a refreshing change to deal with a company with traditional values of both workmanship and customer care, I don’t often see companies going the extra mile these days but INSUL8 certainly do!If you are looking for a reputable and trusted insulation company, then look no further and I’m sure you will not be disappointed!

Recently had the loft insulation redone and the loft re boarded by James , Jacob and the team . They came when said they would , were very courteous and considerate with regards noise and tidied up before they left and done a great job . They even came back another day to finish off the boarding when I needed to have a leaky pipe replaced so the there was no problems down the line . Very happy with the work and the price . Excellent service from James and the installation team at INSUL8. They clearly explained the process, surveyed the building and checked the efficiency ratings before providing a quote. On acceptance of the quote they gave an install date. The install team were on time, introduced themselves and explained what they would be doing. On completing the work they cleared up after themselves. Overall a good company to deal with who know what they are talking about.

But when Matthew and Jacob came they went into the loft and tidied up the insulation and added a little more and that was enough and didnt take too long. Finally they vacumed where they had been.
